JAPAN CMC Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) establishes the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) regarding the handling of users’ personal information in the services provided on this website (hereinafter referred to as “the Services”).
Article 1 (Personal Information) “Personal Information” refers to information about a living individual which includes name, date of birth, address, telephone number, contact information, and other descriptions contained in such information that can identify the specific individual, as well as data related to physical appearance, fingerprints, voiceprints, and the insurer number on the health insurance card, which can identify the specific individual from that information alone (personal identification information).
Article 2 (Method of Collecting Personal Information) The Company may ask for personal information such as name, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, bank account number, credit card number, and driver’s license number when users register for the Services. Additionally, the Company may collect information about transactions involving users’ personal information and related payment information from partners and other sources (including information providers, advertisers, and advertising recipients, hereinafter referred to as “partners”).
Article 3 (Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information) The purposes for which the Company collects and uses personal information are as follows:
- To provide and operate the Company’s services
- To respond to inquiries from users (including verifying the person making the inquiry)
- To send emails about new features, updates, campaigns, and other services offered by the Company
- To contact users as necessary for maintenance and important notifications

A fee of 1,000 yen per request will be charged for disclosing personal information.
Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information) Users can request the Company to correct, add, or delete (hereinafter referred to as “correction, etc.”) their personal information if it is incorrect by following the procedures set by the Company.
Article 8 (Suspension of Use, etc., of Personal Information) If requested by the individual, the Company will promptly investigate if the personal information is being handled beyond the purposes of use or was collected by improper means and will suspend its use or delete it if necessary.
Article 9 (Changes to the Privacy Policy) The content of this Policy can be changed without notice to users, except as otherwise provided in laws or this Policy.
